I made these for dinner one evening for Neil.
Although, they were a little too spicy and could not be completely consumed.
¼-½ C Hot Sauce (I used ½ C and mine where a little too spicy for our liking)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Oregano
¼ - ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper, Optional (I used ½ Tsp cayenne pepper which is why our fajitas were soo spicy).
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 ½ Chicken Breasts, cut into ¼” strips
1 C diced onions
1 C sliced peppers
Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese & Toppings of your choosing.
- In a large bowl, add the hot sauce, olive oil, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic. Mix well.
- Add the chicken, onions and peppers and mix. Allow to marinate at least 15 minutes.
- Saute over high heat until the chicken and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
