Buffalo Chicken Fajitas
This was my first attempt at making Fajitas. All in all they were not very hard and pretty yummy.
I made these for dinner one evening for Neil.  
Although, they were a little too spicy and could not be completely consumed.  

¼-½ C Hot Sauce (I used ½ C and mine where a little too spicy for our liking)  
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Oregano
¼ - ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper, Optional (I used ½ Tsp cayenne pepper which is why our fajitas were soo spicy). 
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 ½ Chicken Breasts, cut into ¼” strips
1 C diced onions
1 C sliced peppers
8-12 tortillas
Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese & Toppings of your choosing. 

  1. In a large bowl, add the hot sauce, olive oil, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic.  Mix well. 
  2. Add the chicken, onions and peppers and mix.  Allow to marinate at least 15 minutes. 
  3. Saute over high heat until the chicken and vegetables are cooked thoroughly. 
  4. Enjoy!
