1 lb Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Water
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Thyme
1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
2. Add oil and wait 30 seconds.
3. Add water and mushrooms.
4. Cook 8-12 minutes. Stirring only 2-3 times throughout. The mushrooms should turn golden brown on the edges when done.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in butter, garlic and thyme.
7. Serve immediately.
