Training Tuesday

Well, we are back on the Weight Watchers bandwagon... which means weekly weigh in.

I also signed up for some races this year.  See the sidebar to the right for updates...

Right now, I am running...

  • May 5th - Broad Street 10 Miler
  • May 26th - Buffalo Half Marathon
  • September 21st - Mighty Niagara Half Marathon
So, anywho... 2013 means weight watchers, running and Training Tuesday recaps. 

Exercise Recap:
  • Thursday: Run 2.12 miles, 31:46, 15:00/mile 
  • Friday: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
  • Saturday: 30 Day Shred, Level 2
  • Sunday: Run 3.07 miles, 45:30, 14:49/mile & PM Yoga, 20 minutes
  • Monday: Rest Day
  • Tuesday: Run 2.88 miles, 39:53, 13:52/mile
  • Wednesday: Lunch Walk 1.7 miles, 30:00 & AM/PM Yoga, 20 minutes
  • Thursday: Lunch Walk 1.4 miles, 24:00 & Evening Walk 1.75 miles, 30:00
Weight Loss Recap:
  • Down 4.6 lbs (2%) 
  • Neil kicked my butt by loosing 2.26%
All in all it was a good week.

    I found you through the GFC blog hop :D Your blog looks like a really good read, so I think I'll stick around and follow you. Good luck with your races this year. I once signed up for a half in Fargo, but didn't race because I hurt my ankle. I should really start working out again, but I'm more of a sport kind of girl. I can't wait for softball season to start back up in a few months. Thats really how I lost nearly all of my extra weight, even kicking butt at the gym did no good. lol. I do plan on getting back there though. I really want to drop a few more before the season. Good luck! Off to browse your blog
